Every functional lead on our team brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience specifically in early-phase clinical development, First-in-Human studies, dose-escalation designs, and Phase I–II trial conduct.

Inventio Science was founded on a simple belief: early-stage biotech companies deserve senior expertise, genuine partnership, and complete accountability.

Throughout my career in life sciences, I’ve worked alongside founders, investors, and leadership teams during some of the most critical stages of drug development. Again and again, I saw the same challenge.

Brilliant science was being slowed down, not because the innovation wasn’t strong enough, but because companies were being supported by fragmented teams, unnecessary layers of management, and people who lacked the experience needed at pivotal moments.

Too often, founders found themselves explaining the same challenges to multiple people, navigating lengthy contracting processes, and watching valuable time disappear when momentum mattered most.

That’s why I founded Inventio Science. Not to become another CRO or staffing provider, but to build a boutique partner where clients work directly with experienced professionals who remain personally invested from strategy through execution.
